Personal security for future guests as well as security for valuables were given consideration in the reconstruction of Palais Coburg, which took place between 2000 and 2003. A 24-hour surveillance team is employed. A safety deposit was constructed in a part of the Palais which was specifically designed for the discreet storage of valuables. A parking safe is also available which not only protects an automobile and its contents from theft, but also from damages.
