At Silvio Nickol Gourmet Restaurant, Valentine's Day becomes a narrative: Seven Acts of Love – seven courses as seven acts, in which passion for produce, terroir and technique merge into a finely woven dramaturgy. On 14 February 2026, starting at 6:30 p.m., you can expect an experience of the highest calibre, carefully composed and precisely staged.
Act I – The prelude: an aperitif that awakens the senses and sets the stage.
Acts II–VII – The journey: each course is a chapter in which textures whisper, flavours develop and craftsmanship quietly reveals its brilliance. The sommelier-curated wine accompaniment carries the arc of tension, sets fine counterpoints and underlines the signature of the house: elegance, depth, balance.
