Silvio Nickol discovered his love for cooking at an early age – beginning his culinary journey at just seven years old, a path that would lead him to some of Europe’s most distinguished kitchens. Working alongside master chefs such as Harald Wohlfahrt, Roger Souvereyns, and Heinz Winkler shaped his distinctive style: French-inspired, creative, and precise.
In 2009, his cuisine at Schlosshotel Velden was honoured with two Michelin stars. Since 2011, he has led the Silvio Nickol Gourmet Restaurant at Palais Coburg in Vienna – a place where haute cuisine, passion, and craftsmanship unite to create an unforgettable dining experience.
