The Easter brunch begins with a generous bread basket and a selection of homemade spreads, before the rich appetizer and salad buffet opens under the light-flooded glass dome.
The variety ranges from Easter ham fresh from Berkel, smoked salmon terrine, truffled ham roll to vegan antipasti – a feast for all the senses.
Afterwards, you can choose from four exclusive main courses: tender braised lamb shoulder, fine salmon confit, an elegant vegan cabbage roulade, or another seasonal specialty from the kitchen.
The desserts are stylishly presented on étagères in the middle of the table – sensual, fresh, and perfect for sharing.
